Recently Google officially unveiled the name of Android 8.0 and released builds for eligible handsets of pixel and Nexus but perhaps users are not interested to install the manual update because this update requires wiping the device before installation. This indicates that the most of the users still waiting for stable OTA update for their devices.
The good news is that Android 8.0 OTA updates are officially released by Google for all Pixel devices and eligible Nexus devices. This update is only received by those users who are still using Nougat in their Pixel and Nexus handset.

In Android 8.0, Google has made some changes in the naming of build number, they change last two digits of Oreo builds. In Pixel and Pixel XL you can see the build number is OPR6.170623.012 but in Pixel C the build number is OPR6.170623.010. The build number used in Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X is OPR6.170623.013.
