Windows 10 allows you to renovate the Start menu, Taskbar, Title bar and Action Center of your desktop with the color of your choice. Now there is no need to stick with default color. You can keep on changing the color themes and transform the appearance of your desktop screen.

Initially, navigate the Settings of your desktop by clicking on the Start button located on the bottom left corner of the Screen. Then click on the Personalization option.
Now select the Color option on the left pane of the window.
Select the desired color on the right pane of the window. You can see the preview of changes on the top of the right pane.
After that scroll the window, there are more toggle option. The first option is Automatically pick an accent color from my background. If you turn it on then the default color is automatically selected. Whenever you select another color, this option is automatically turn off.
If you want to make the taskbar, start menu and action center transparent then turn on the next toggle option and see the changes.
The next option enables you to show the selected color on Start, taskbar and action center.
You can also change the color of Title bar of your default apps and programs by turning on the next toggle option.
