iOS 12.3.1 for iPhone rolled out by Apple VoLTE calling bug fixed

Just after few days of releasing iOS 12.3 for all the compatible iPhone & iPad, Apple has released a minor update iOS 12.3.1

This update is going to fix couple of bugs found is iOS 12.3. One of the most important and urgent issue resolved in this update is about VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) calls. Some iPhone users were complaining that they were not able to make or receive calls on VoLTE sims sometime.

Another issues taken care in this updates is with the Messages app. Precisely, it addresses a bug that prevented the “report junk” option from appearing on applicable threads and another one that made unknown senders appear in your main inbox when they shouldn’t.

Update will be automatically install if you have enable the auto update option in settings. In case you want to manually download and install the update right away. You can then go to Settings > General > Software update.

Your apple device should be connected to wireless network and battery level should be above 50%.
The iPhones supported by this update includes iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE and iPhone 5s.
