This year, LG has announced two flagship Smartphones – LG G8 ThinQ and LG V50 5G. The LG G8 was globally launched in February at Mobile World Congress 2019. It gets other variant named the LG G8s ThinQ Smartphone. In India, LG G8s ThinQ Smartphone will launch in August this year.
Under the hood, the device comes with Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC processor with Adreno 640 GPU. It comes with a 6.2- inch OLED full vision display +1080×2248 resolutions and 18.7:9 aspect ratio.
Out of the box, it runs Android 9.0 Pie. The handset measures at 55.3×76.6×7.99mm, and weighs 181 grams.It comes with 6GB RAM + 64 GB internal storage. There is no option to microSD card.
As far as the camera department, the LG G8s ThinQ sport a triple camera setup on the rear packs a 12- megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a second 13- megapixel Super Wide Angle camera with f/2.4 aperture and third 12- a megapixel Telephoto lens with f/2.6 aperture camera.
Up Front, the LG G8s ThinQ comes with an 8- megapixel with ToF (time of flight) technology. Another sensor is available in this device are face unlock, fingerprint sensor, compass, proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, and Gyroscope.
Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11, GPS, Bluetooth, USB Type-C, FM radio, 3G, and 4G with active 4G on both SIM cards. It is backed by 3550mAh battery and supports Quick charge 3.0 too. It is available in Mirror Black, Mirror Teal, White color variants.
