Meizu 16Xs smartphone is now confirmed to be launched on 30th of May in China. It was also listed on Chinese certification TENNA with model M926Q.
According to TENAA, the dimensions of the phone are 152 x 74.4 x 8.35 grams and it weighs 162 grams. The Meizu16Xs comes with a curved glossy finish body and sports 2.5D curved glass on the front. It comes with a 6.2-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ (2232 x 1080 pixels) resolution. The device to come powered by the octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz and Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 Mobile Platform. It comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There will be no MicroSD card slot for storage expansion.
In terms of camera, the Meizu16xs sports 48MP + 8MP + 5MP triple camera setup on the rear and a 16MP selfie camera on the front. On the rear, it might feature an ultra-wide-angle sensor and a depth sensor on the rear. The device runs on Android 9.0 Pie based Fly me OS out of the box.
It will be backed by a 4,000mAh non-removable battery and supports fast charging via USB Type-C port. As there is no rear-facing fingerprint scanner, the device might sport an in-display fingerprint scanner. It should also support face unlock using the front camera. Both the power button and volume rocker are placed on the right edge of the device.
Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port. The 16Xs comes in Black/Gradient and Blue/Coral colours options.
