Oppo launching A83 smartphone with face unlock feature on January 20

Recently, Oppo launched its three smartphones under the F series with trending 18:9 aspect ratio display technology and now Oppo is going to launch its new smartphone A83 in India. The sale of this smartphone will start on January 20th with the price of Rs 13,990. The company already launched this smartphone in China last month.

In terms of specifications, the smartphone is powered by MediaTek Helio P23 octa-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM. Moreover, the smartphone comes with 32GB internal storage which can be expandable up to 128GB by using microSD card.

The Oppo A83 comes with metal unibody design and the display used in the smartphone is IPS 5.7-inch with HD+ resolution (1440 x 720 pixels) and 18:9 aspect ratio. In terms of optics, it comes with a 13MP rear camera with LED flashlight and 8MP selfie camera.

The smartphone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with its custom ColourOS theme and it is backed up with 3,180 mAh battery which gives you full one-day backup. In terms of connectivity, it includes 4G technology, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm jack and Micro USB 2.0 jack.
