After a great success of Vivo V7 Plus, Vivo is ready to launch its X20 and X20 Plus smartphones in China. In June 2017, company represented the demo of screen embedded fingerprint sensor in Vivo Xplay 6 and rumored to launch this phone in the market. But now Vivo confirmed it’s going to launch Vivo X20 smartphone soon with screen embedded technology.

Some leaks are spotted on 3c website in which they represent Vivo X20 Plus UD. The UD stands for “Under Display” fingerprint scanner. The new-gen Synaptics Clear ID FS9500 sensors are designed to be used with an OLED display, and the Vivo X20 smartphones feature AMOLED panels.

In terms of other specifications, the Vivo X20 comes with metal unibody design having 18:9 full vision AMOLED display with full HD+ resolution. The smartphone is shipped with 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 512 GPU. The phones come with two different models one is with 4 GB of RAM and other is with 6 GB of RAM.

The Vivo X20 runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat with custom FunTouchOS 3.2. In terms of optics, the smartphone comes with 24 MP and 5 MP dual sensors on the rear and 24 MP selfie camera on front side. There is no exact information about the launch of Vivo X20, but we can expect the company will launch its phone in 2018.
