  1. After KB3124200 installed itself, my laptop wasn’t able to connect to the Internet at all – via WiFi or Ethernet. My mobile devices, running off the same router/connection, are fine. I tried resetting the router, network adapter, etc. Still wouldn’t work. I was having NO network issues at all prior to the update. Am running Windows 10. Am very annoyed!

  2. Under a Command Prompt (Admin) [right click on the Windows 10 icon in the lower left and look for the administrator version of the command prompt] When started and after the prompt c:\windows\system32> type wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:3124200 Then look into the Microsoft app wushowhide (Microsoft Article ID: 3073930) to prevent KB3124200 from attempting to install in the future since a fix is unlikely until the next cumulative update from Microsoft.

  3. After installation I lost connectivity to all other computers in the WORKGROUP. I can now see nothing other than my own computer. I have verified all parameters are correctly set for network discovery, sharing, etc. Nothing has helped so I am downloading the ISO now and will try a re-install.
