Xiaomi’s anticipated smartphones are grabbing more market share in the industry as they are packed with top-line specifications and stunning features. Xiaomi is delivering different devices at all kinds of price points to meet the requirement of every person. Now, the Xiaomi Mi Max 3 expected to arrive with wireless charging and iris scanner. Isn’t it interesting?
In terms of specifications, the Mi Max 3 would be backed up by 5,500 mAh battery, featuring 7” 18:9 display, dual camera along with either Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC. The XDA has confirmed some of the information by obtaining some firmware files, but they have not confirmed the entire rumored information.
“Xiaomi phones have never supported Qi wireless charging before, but Xiaomi finally joined the Wireless Power Consortium late last year. The Xiaomi Mi 7 is supposedly going to be the first Xiaomi device with wireless charging capabilities, but we haven’t found any direct evidence for that yet. The Xiaomi Mi Max 3 will very likely support wireless charging, though, as we found two pieces of direct evidence for that in its firmware”, XDA stated.
When it comes to the camera of Mi Max 3, it is discovered that the device will have either an IMX363 from Sony or a Samsung dual camera setup (S5K217+S5K5E8) and the front-facing camera will be from Samsung (S5K4H7). The front-facing camera is assumed to be joined by iris scanner. There are traces which indicates that the sensor is in development for the device, but it’s not sure whether the final model of Mi Max 3 will have iris scanner or not.
